Daniel and Rosa have been coming to the coast for years. With both of them growing up in Portland it was a natural destination with their friends and family. Now being financially secure they decided to make the plunge and have a second home at the coast. They were over joyed with they were headed back to Portland and noticed this little number pop up. We made a last minute appointment to view and submitted an offer with all the others. They both are very savvy and wanted this home. They were able to make a great offer and beat out 5 other offers.
