I was in bed scrolling through TikTok, like one does at 9:30 at night, when I get a text from my client “We have found our house!” with a link. I quickly called. I had just scrolled this house on @dwellmagazine, thinking it was too far south along the coast, I didn’t pursue it. I was clearly incorrect. These clients and I have been working with one another for about a year, through the peak of the market —after several viewings, offers and a sale fail. We all knew this WAS the house for them. The next morning we got busy with our plan of attach…or shall I say offer strategy.
My clients made a competitive offer quickly ignoring the offer review deadline in order to beat buyers coming from out of state to take a look.
