Forever Summer…

By Hans Tonjes, November 2, 2019

Take advantage of winter being canceled this year to have a late shot at buying or selling at the coast. Thinking about selling? There has not been a better time in the last many years to sell in Manzanita. There are buyers hovering for new listings. Interest rates are low. Inventory is low. Demand is high. It’s a perfect storm, but you can’t tell by looking up! Call Hans Tonjes 503-936-4244 hans@livingroomre.com
