Twas The Night Before Christmas and all through the house everyone was stirring to finish and close.
Was a longer wait than we had hoped but we finally found the buyers that loved the house and wanted to make it their own. We had a lot to do that the buyers wanted to be done, but we worked like little elves to get it all done. But we found out in the last hours that the Lender scrambled, in the end, to finalize all the paperwork to get the buyers moved in. The sellers were excited as we made it right to the end, it turned out to be the night of Christmas Eve.
The sellers were happy to have done all they needed to do to make this transaction happen within all the timelines. We learned in the end even when you dotted your I’s and crossed all your T’s it always doesn’t close on timelines you hoped. But in the end, it turned out to be a nice Christmas surprise.
