Tracy came to us with a vision of wanting to start her transition back to living in Portland. She currently lives in Kansas City, Missouri, and takes frequent trips to Portland to visit her family. Over the next few years Tracy is looking to spend more time here, and decided it would be beneficial for her to own a condo in the city. After we first talked, our team started hunting for a building on the west side that is affordable and well run. Once we looked at a few buildings (and inquired about the health of their HOA) she decided on the Hamilton Arms. There was one unit she loved, but it went pending just before she was comfortable putting in an offer. Thankfully that particular unit was meant to be Tracy’s, and it came back on the market shortly after going under contract. The second time around we wasted no time getting an offer in and it was accepted shortly after. We are now just past closing and Tracy is elated to be getting settled in her new home!
