A Credit Worth Celebrating: How the Bridge to Portland Group Made It Happen for Sara & Joseph

By Genmae Rianelli, October 3, 2023

I recently had the pleasure of working alongside Bridge to Portland Group team member, Sharon Bloudek, to make Sara and Joseph’s home dreams come true! They came to us through a wonderful family referral from past clients who both bought and sold a home with us.

Sharon and I joined Sara and Joseph as we explored numerous homes together, sharing giggles and even stumbling upon some “mysterious bones” (our favorite catchphrase). One of our favorite memories was having their family tag along, especially little Emmy, our honorary “acoustics inspector” who made sure each house passed her test! Sara and Joseph had an incredible support system throughout this journey, which made it all the more amazing to witness.

But even though we got pretty close with one house, there was always that feeling that something special was missing… until we walked into this perfect-fit home! The moment we stepped inside, Sharon and I knew there was boundless opportunity waiting. We couldn’t resist bringing the whole family back to share in the excitement.

This really is the PERFECT house for them, complete with room for their three pups and endless space for family gatherings in their amazing backyard. Plus, Emmy is already planning her movie nights in their soon-to-be media room downstairs!

Working with Sharon and these two wonderful clients was an absolute joy. They were thoughtful and amazing, even when faced with some tough negotiations after inspections. But after countless contractor appointments and careful consideration, we were able to negotiate a substantial credit for their new home to get them started off on the right foot!

Cheers to Sara and Joseph on their new beginning! May your home be filled with love, laughter, and some seriously cozy movie nights with Emmy.
