A Double Win for David

By Genmae Rianelli, June 23, 2023

The Bridge to Portland Group is so thrilled to celebrate the very first home purchase for Beth & Gen’s client David! Despite facing competition and disappointment on a few offers, his determination never wavered and he kept going with excitement to find the right house for him.

The team searched tirelessly for a home that would meet his needs and serve as a wise investment. And it may have taken a couple of tries but what he ended up with was beyond what they expected at the beginning of their search—a move-in ready ranch with a dreamy backyard, just in time for enjoying the warm Oregon summer.

But the best part? This home not only checks all of David’s boxes but also comes with a separate unit above that he can rent out to create passive income. It truly is a double win—a great house and a great investment!

Congratulations to David! Wishing you the best as a new homeowner!
