A First-Time Homebuyer in Cedar Mill

By Sharon Bloudek, October 24, 2023

I was lucky enough to work with my fellow Bridge to Portland Group teammate Genmae Rianelli on this exciting sale and let me tell you, it’s a heartwarming story! Nate, a first-time homebuyer, had been dreaming of buying his first home for a while.

We initially explored a beautiful new construction house, but it was a bit far from the city, and Nate wanted something closer in. So we held out and hoped for something even more special to come along. And, we found it just a few blocks away from his current neighborhood!

Now, as the proud owner of a charming townhome in a location he already loves, Nate is living the dream. He’s surrounded by parks, wetlands, and countless opportunities for adventure. To top it all off, the home came semi-furnished, making move-in day even more exciting!

Genmae and I can’t help but feel overjoyed for Nate and his new chapter in life. Get ready for the next amazing step on this journey—move-in day, here we come!
