Blog Buyer A One-Weekend Win!

A One-Weekend Win!

By Beth Benner, November 12, 2021

Sometimes, it only takes one weekend! Looking to relocate to Portland from Arizona, there wasn’t a huge opportunity for face-to-face showings, but we were stoked to start the process during their planned visit to the city. Prior to the big visit, we did our research – long chats about what their new home might look like or might have, any dealbreakers, ideal location, etc. From there, we looked at what the market had to offer and by the end of the weekend visit, we had an offer in one a wonderful home! In a great spot next to multiple parks and trails to walk their dogs, we had found their hidden gem. The real excitement began when we got the call that their offer had been accepted, and now we’re closing!

Congratulations on this huge milestone, it has been such an honor to work with you!
