A Sweet Home For A Sweet Family

By Living Room Realty, August 25, 2020

We met Jonn and Mya over a zoom call and the goal from the beginning was to get out of the city and into somewhere that they felt was peaceful and quiet. We prepared them for what the road ahead of them may look like as things began to get very competitive in the market with a lot of buyers but little inventory.
Their timeline was 2 months so we all braced ourselves and dove in.  After touring some less than desirable options, Jonn and Mya found a home that fell out of contract and was up for sale again.  We were up against multiple offers but they listened to our guidance on getting into contract and they won the bid. We were able to inherit a brand new roof and new sewer line from the previous buyers in contract. Once we were able to do own negotiation as a team we were able to help them negotiate mold abatement and a drainage system for the crawl space.
We felt so good for Jonn and Mya knowing that their family got this home at a great price and were able to negotiate the major ticket repairs. We couldn’t feel more honored or proud to work along side them. Congratulations Jonn & Mya and your beautiful family!
