A well-deserved soak in their new hot tub!

By Yascha Noonberg, March 26, 2019

Congrats to my friends and clients Meghan and Lance on the purchase of their amazing new home. After a very long and thorough search for the perfect home, we found a great property for them.

Here’s an excerpt from a text they just sent me which really captures a slice of life being a homebuyer:

“We have moved almost everything over….the more time I spend at the new house the more I am loving it!

We were too sore and tired to move the mattress into our bedroom, so we pulled it into the living room and slept there last night….As you know the bedroom is literally not even 10feet away.

The kitchen is a heap of boxes, random kitchen stuff, and bubble wrap… but I think we are doing ok 🙂

Thank you for everything you did for us, we appreciated it all, I know it was a long stretch, but at least for us it was all worth it in the end. I can’t believe this is our home 🙂

Thank you so much Yascha!

We can not wait to have you over!!!”
