It’s true, I love working with first time homebuyers. There is so much joy in the process. I love teaching folks about the quirks of old homes, how to be good stewards and help them dream up all the things they can do to make it feel like their home. 
Mieke and Andy were an absolute delight, in conjunction with their lender Faith Watkins at Guild, this was truly a dream team. They had their eyes on this house before they had their loan finalized and it was magically still on the market nearly 3 weeks later.
A sweet bungalow in Concordia for first time home buyers under $450k! What?! Amazing karma these two must have.
