Better than new doesn’t really make sense – how can a house be better AFTER it was lived in? We may have found the exception to the rule in Battle Ground. This home, that’s lived in by two adults and two children, is impeccable. The upgrades made at the time of construction and in the past two years are thoughtful, functional and on-trend.
The size is the island is enviable. This was an immediate attraction for Jody and Chris. They immediately envisioned hosting holidays for their families.
The main floor office was perfect for Chris’ video calls as they’re both working from home.
Almost all of the remaining ‘must-haves’ fell into place as we looked around: 3 car garage, little or no carpet, fenced yard, updated features and an open floorplan.
Chris and Jody will soon make this amazing, better than ever, home theirs.
