Brand Sparkle New

Working with new construction can bring the excitement many of us often equate with the childhood gleeful anticipation of waiting for the holidays to arrive. “It’s going to be Incredible! I can’t wait!”

While it’s been a multi-month long journey, my client Crystal handled this purchase like a PRO. She was steadfast in what she was hoping to buy, and we worked beautifully together to make sure her dreams became her reality. From finding the right lot location to selecting the gorgeous interior and exterior colorways she chose, Crystal knew precisely what would truly capture her vision. Every couple of weeks, she would drive over to her new home to watch and take delight in its’ progress. Before we knew it, the roof was on, the carpet was laid, the fireplace tiles were set, and every light fixture sparkled in place.

To have her final final walk through yesterday, to jump down into her crawlspace to pull out the last bit of remaining construction debris, to double check every window locked and door latched smoothly, and to hand her the keys was the highlight of my month! We both got happy tears in our eyes. Crystal, I can’t thank you enough for the absolute bliss that has been this adventure with you. Congratulations on your spectacular home. Here’s to the gorgeous Summer sunsets that you’ll enjoy from that beautiful back patio and all the evening stars and morning sunrises you’ll gaze at through the large picture windows and skylights in your glamorous primary suite. 🥂
