Julia was referred to us by a couple of friends who have bought homes with us. She was a dream to work with and found the perfect house on the first weekend of looking! The transaction was a breeze and, because of that, something had to go wrong. On closing day, the lockbox didn’t work and the seller had locked all of the other keys inside. Fortunately, we had a bathroom window that was cracked open and a Julia had a tall, skinny friend- Spencer. Problem solved!
