Brooklyn to BIG

By Living Room Realty, February 26, 2018

My clients moved to the Portland area from Brooklyn, NY. As first-time home buyers, they were open to most possibilities spanning small homes in close in neighborhoods, modern homes in wooded areas and large, new construction in the suburbs. We saw a few homes and the choice came down to two – the modern home in the woods with a huge yard and the traditional, newer construction home with space galore in the suburbs. I had them pegged for the wooded home, but they surprised me when they chose the larger home in the suburbs. In retrospect, the choice is clear and I couldn’t be happier for them. Now, their sweet little boy has uber amounts of room to play, they are walking distance to a best friend and are still close enough to all Portland has to offer. Congrats to the Sisante’s on their amazing new home!
