An avid biker and walker, Ellen knew she wanted to stay close-in to limit her time in the car as much as possible. She was willing to sacrifice size for proximity, so when an inner SE bungalow, with functional living spaces and the bonus of a livable basement came on the market, it was easy to envision making this her longer term home.
