Condo Dreaming with FHA Financing! First offer Success!

Success with just one offer

We thought it would be a challenge to find everything Mark and Dustin dreamed of in a condo. But we did with their first offer! They wanted newer construction with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. As first time buyers, they had a tight budget with big dreams. They planned to use FHA financing. Many condo properties are not eligible for an FHA loan which can be a limiting factor for buyers. We started monitoring the market last fall when they were still getting ready, psyched up, and financially prepared to buy. We didn’t waste time considering properties that didn’t meet all their needs. Mark and Dustin got really good at researching condo properties on the FHA website before they fell in love with them. When this condo came on the market they were ready to pounce. They are in heaven with beautiful stainless appliances, kitchen island, in-unit laundry, private balcony and a beautiful community center with an outdoor pool. Congratulations Mark and Dustin!
