Congrats to new homeowners!

Congrats to my wonderful clients Anit and Astrid on their magnificent new home close in in the Richmond (Hawthorne/Belmont) neighborhood!  This 1907 house has tons of original charm, sits up high off the street, and has an amazing front porch that will be perfect this summer! It’s a residential area with a walkscore of 92.  The perfect mix of quiet homes and endless places to walk to. Congratulations! I wish you many happy years here!
