Dedication and Determination

By Living Room Realty, July 1, 2020

We first talked with Laney & Andrew back in 2018 and it was decided that they wanted to work on their finances so that they could be ready to buy in 2 years. With dedication and determination they accomplished their goal and called us out of the blue in the middle of COVID to let us know that they were finally ready to buy a home.

With finances in order the rest of the process began to move very quickly for them. They were preapproved and we began their home search. When we found the beauty they would call their own we got into contract and began investigating to see what repairs were needed. By the end of the inspections we were able to negotiate as a team a very good deal for Laney and Andrew. The sellers certified the roof for  5 years, replaced the shower tub inset to stop an active leak, new vapor barrier, and French drains and a smart sump pump to improve the drainage overall for the home and to prevent water from coming into the crawlspace.

Andrew and Laney were very calm and collected during the negotiations and came out with a screaming deal not to mention Laney was able to use her VA benefits which helped save her and Andrew even more money at the end.

We are so honored to be able to work with you both to help you both achieve home ownership! Well done you two and congratulations on your new home sweet home.
