Dear Honored Community Members

We want to keep in touch with you and let you know that we are of course are aware of what is happening, and to share what our safety protocols are moving forward. 

 
Buyer showings are still happening! Interest rates are incredible. We are taking these steps and ask that you join us in helping keep everyone safe. 
 
  • No hugs or handshakes. 🙁 Maintain approximate 6 foot distance. 
  • No sharing of small spaces. For example: bathrooms, entryways or mud rooms. 
  • Agent will enter the house and turn on all lights, open doors etc. We ask that folks refrain from touching surfaces inside homes. Leave that to us! We will have disinfectant wipes or hand sanitizer with us. 
  • Consider leaving the kids at home. (It’s so hard for kids not to touch things!)
  • Refinance activity is up, along with new sales due to historic low rates. Closing timelines will likely increase.
  • If you have even the slightest illness, please respect government instructions and stay home. We can’t meet you if you are ill. 
We are still listing houses! Buyer’s are very active, and we have multiple offer situations going on. There is still not enough inventory to meet the demand. 
 
  • No public open houses.
  • No broker tour opens.
  • One party at a time for showings.
  • For occupied homes; disinfect your door knobs, light switches, faucets- basically anything with a handle upon re-entry of your home. per the authorities, soap and water works well on this virus. 
  • We will provide a floor plan drawing of each new, occupied listing during this time to make sure buyers are showing up informed and interested and to avoid unnecessary showings. 
  • After you have a sale in place, there will be many inspections. Follow wipe down protocol after each one. 
  • Refinance activity is up, along with new sales due to historic low rates. Closing timelines will likely increase. 
  • If you become ill at all, showings of the home must stop until you are well, and all surfaces have been disinfected. 
We understand that all of this is inconvenient, and thank you for helping us follow these guidelines, so we can keep working for you! Your safety, and your goals are important to us. We are fully committed to continue to work and see a lot of opportunity in the marketplace. As the stock market tumbles, investors will be moving their funds to more stable investments. Historically, that is real estate! Additionally, as folks move from stocks to bonds, interest rates are held low, since they are tied to bonds. So, we see a lot of real estate activity on the horizon!
