Carly’s friends and buyers have just closed their purchase of a beautiful old grand dame. A turn of the century home with a huge lot in a wonderful N Portland location. They’re next to the University, across the street from where their kids go to school and just down the street from their current home. Carly and this client used to walk this neighborhood together and they always commented that they wished it would go on the market! Finally, it did and exactly when they were ready to buy.
Thrilled for them for sure! Also, just 100% awesome people.
I knew that they had plans for the home but when they showed up for the delivery of keys with the sketches to scale for the home of their dreams, I knew it was going to happen. I’ll be excited and interested to see the progress on the design-build of the addition of the north wing, the full dig out living space basement, the attached garage and the in ground pool that is planned.
I swear! My job is the coolest… because of all the dreamers and visionaries I meet in this profession. It is an inspiration to bear witness to!!
