Enter The Wolf Man

By Constance Rigney, March 3, 2021

Typically, this is where would write about the Buyers experience in this real estate transaction—how hard they fought, how patient they were, the magic that kept the deal together.

All those things are true for this home buying process, and these Buyers did a great job (as did the agent on the other side).  But the most remarkable thing about this transaction, the thing that I HAVE TO write about is Charlie’s wolf howl.

This man can howl like a wolf like I never heard before! He sounds like an actual furry canine calling to his beloved moon.

Charlie has been to wolf sanctuaries and won wolf howling contests. If you play him a recorded wolf howl (ex. The wolf howl from Paul Winter’s Wolf Eyes) he can howl it back to you exactly. He is seriously in touch with his wolf nature.

Sometimes it’s the most unexpected things that wind up being the most memorable.

Thank you for the unexpected fond memories, Charlie.

May this home be the perfect wolf den for you.
