Farmhouse Reno

By Living Room Realty, May 30, 2020

Yvette and Adam met me first with my mask on, gloves on and disinfectant wipes in hand so we could tour their first house. It was my first home tour in the world of COVID, and a  new way of working to be sure.  However, the cooperation and care between buyers, sellers and agents has turned out to be a great experience. And, they  have been wonderful and fun people to work with.
We looked at a few homes in N, NE and SE before confirming N Portland was where they wanted to be, and within a couple of weeks had their offer accepted on this remodeled farmhouse,  built in 1896.. There is a gas fireplace in the dining room, a to-die for tub in the master suite and a pot filler faucet in the kitchen. Say no more, Sold!
Bonus, the backyard is a blank slate of possibility where they look forward to creating a special haven. Congratulations Yvette and Adam!
