Like most out there, the home buying process was incredibly personal for my clients. The decision is a big one that carries weight throughout many different aspects of one’s life. Past just a house and a structure, but a foundation that if strong, ripples into the other places of your life in a positive way. For this family, they set out to find a home that felt like home, that gave a sense of security, and that made their big move exciting instead of scary.
After touring a handful of homes it was clear as soon as they stepped foot into this one. The house not only checked all of the criteria for what would be their next living space, but it touched each member of the family in an unexpected way.
A beautiful landscape with an abundance of windows to enjoy the views throughout made this family of nature enthusiasts feel at peace. The attention to detail and immaculate maintenance on the home made them feel secure with not having to take on more big projects while in the midst of a big life change. Being close to work and trails meant the avid cyclist got to commute by bike, while the high schooler still gets to be close to one of the best high schools in the city. And the writer in the family has a calm and serene setting to work on the next adventure.
This family found a beautiful home to live and grow in, that will amplify all of the things they already love. Congratulations to them, I am so excited to see what comes next!
