All the stars seemed to align for our clients K & L. We met through a past client of mine who referred these two shortly after they moved to the Pacific Northwest and got things started without hesitation. K & L were so great to work with, coming in excited and ready to jump in! They were in a great situation with a good understanding of their own buying power. After our first chat, we set out on their home search and within the first tour, we found an amazing home!
We were excited, putting in our offer, but knew the market was tough and the competition was high. Ultimately, we found out that they had gone with a different offer, but this didn’t stop our buyers from getting right back on their feet. Just a few days later, we were back looking at houses. We took the first offer experience and tweaked our strategy accordingly, and it worked!
The second offer we made put our buyers in a strong position, but still one that they were comfortable with. We crunched numbers and talked through strategy prior to submitting the offer, and when it came time we held our breath as we waited to hear back. SUCCESS! We were ecstatic to hear that the seller had accepted our offer, and even crazier, they accepted our offer within only 10 hours of the house hitting the market and without going through a weekend.
Huge kudos to the selling side with great, communication that made this process smooth. From the offer to inspections and all the way to closing, things seemed to align perfectly. Congratulations to our buyers who closed on their first house together and first house in the Pacific Northwest! We are so happy to have gotten a chance to be part of this experience.
