Gone West

By Peter Clarke, September 6, 2021

I don’t do a lot of transactions on the westside, mostly because no one I work with really wants to live that direction, and for some reason the 26 makes me paranoid. I was referred from one of my few westside clients his cousin. I was pretty shocked to see how hot the Beaverton market also was. We wrote quite a few offers until we finally found the one that worked! I really enjoy working with first time homebuyers, and Shelley and her daughter are so excited!

Shout out to Dustin for the connect. Thanks Bro!

Peace
