Great Communication for the win!

Jim and Martha are following their kids here to Oregon. We had the honor of helping their son, daughter in law and 2 grandkids find the perfect Portland bungalow. Before that home had even closed, Jim and Martha were ready to jump in and start shopping. They wanted more land than you find inside the city, newer construction, and one level, so we set our sights on Milwaukie. They drove in from Nevada, and in one long weekend of seeing everything for sale, ended up finding just the right fit. A high quality 90’s built home on 1/4 acre. The seller was actively negotiating with another buyer, so we had to move really fast. The listing agent was struggling to communicate effectively with the first buyer’s agent, and we were able to step up and show him how effective and responsive our team is! He would have zero communication issues working with us! He was impressed, and told us what it would take to beat the other offer. We got it done and Jim and Martha are ready to move into their new home!
