I’ve know my client for a lot of years, he used to DJ at the Salsa Club we both worked at before the covid shut down the world’s social scene. He was already a home owner, but as the years passed he wanted to get a second home in Hillsboro so he could be closer to family. There were multiple offers on most of nice houses in his price range, but after about 5 offers we finally won out! Congratulations on your new home my friend, you picked a good one!
