Holy @#$! Can we make this happen?

Sam and Pera visited an open house up the street from them and as they walked around they started to envision themselves living there. After going home they continued to chat about whether they could actually make this happen. Until this home, they had not truly considering moving…  After a couple of weeks passed the home was still available and they were still talking about the potential. They decided to pick up the phone and connect with their lender and learned it was possible. Things were getting real and it was now time to call their agents.  Our team went to work and after many strategy conversations we presented their offer, negotiated successfully with the listing agent, and listed their home one week after getting an accepted offer.  Three days later their home was sale pending and we were well on the way to making this happen.  Congratulations Sam and Pera…you are amazing people.
