My client, Jorge, has done it again! He took a scary looking, dirty house and turned it into a gem. The highlights of this renovation for me were the beautifully refinished wood floors in a nice opaque grey and the huge, lovely windows. Jorge has really narrowed down on his preferred project type: he likes three bedroom ranches. Because he sticks to a bit of a formula he’s able to make consistent profits on his flips.
