JUST SOLD! 12 Days from List to CLOSED

We just sold a super sweet condo in the Terra Linda complex in NW Portland’s Cedar Mill neighborhood. Situated near employers like Columbia, Nike & high tech and close to all services, the location could not be beat. My seller worked diligently pre-list to ensure the property presented well and at readiness, the unit was a fresh, warm and welcoming space. When the timing window presented itself to GO, we were ready.

My seller was referred to me by their partner, a wonderful client I first worked with 20+ years ago when they purchased their first home. Reflecting back, we laughed about just how much the machinations of listing and offer paperwork have changed since then–from in person meetings (kinda nice, IMO, if not efficient) to faxing.  Back then, the client had to go to England unexpectedly for the bulk of the transaction so we burned up the international fax lines to get things done.

Happily, the right buyer stepped up quickly and we secured a great offer. Between the lovely buyer’s agent and our awesome First American escrow team, things moved efficiently. From listing launch date to closed sale in just 12 days!
