Every once in awhile the stars align and you get a dream transaction. I was lucky enough to experience that here.
I helped my client, Eugene, purchase this property a few months ago. He’s a contractor by trade and he was excited to turn the worst house on the block into the best house on the block! Eugene does such wonderful work that the neighbors kept asking me for his contact info at my open house so that he would come by and renovate their houses too. Because I know what kind of quality work he does it’s always a pleasure to represent him. There are rarely any surprises and he takes such pride in the homes he fixes that I knew we could navigate any hurdle that presented itself.
We got a fantastic offer very quickly after listing and Eugene was happy to take it right away. The buyer and her agent were pleasures to work with and everyone ended up happy!
