Matt and Heidi had a bad experience when they bought their first home. I don’t know all of the details since I wasn’t a part of that sale. But when one of my lender partners gave me a call to say they had a client they wanted to put me in touch with they said “make sure you take care of them.” Of course I would! That’s my favorite thing to do.
When I met Matt and Heidi in person for the first time it was clear that they were nervous. They were also extremely prepared with excellent questions and concerns. We had a great meeting and they hired me to list their home and help them buy a new one. Knowing that they were nervous I made sure to stay in constant communication with them throughout the process to let them know what to expect every step of the way. My goal in working with them was to make them feel 100% supported! This included giving them the clearest possible picture of the process and staying in close contact.
After some tweaks to make their house shine we listed on the high end of the comparable sales and within a week we got a great offer! The buyer and buyer’s agent were pleasures to work with. Despite some hurdles I would call this sale a smooth one! It’s been a real honor for me to help these great folks find their next home.
