Eugene is one of my favorite clients. Whenever he renovates a house I know that it’s going to be done right. He truly cares about the homes he works on and wants to make sure the next owner will be super happy.
When I first stepped foot in 1340 NE 20th St after all work was complete I was floored. Of course I expected the home to be nice but it was pretty much the nicest house for miles! To be able to list something so beautiful in the mid-300s was a real treat. First time homebuyers in this lower price point are usually fighting over scraps. I loved to be able to present them with a truly beautiful option!
We received multiple strong offers first weekend on market and Eugene was able to choose one that made him happy. Despite the challenges that COVID-19 has posed over the last few weeks, we had a super smooth transaction. Eugene gets to hand the keys over to happy buyers today! I can’t wait to see what he does with his next project.
