A few months ago, my good friend Kaitlyn told me she was ready to buy a house! In a short amount of time, we found the perfect house for her and her fiance, Phil! A newer home in North Portland’s St Johns neighborhood.

We worked quickly to write a competitive offer and move through inspections. Today, they are the owners of an awesome new home!
