Blog Buyer McMinnville for the Mc-WIN-ville

McMinnville for the Mc-WIN-ville

By Living Room Realty, April 3, 2019

Also know as Mc-WINE-ville. Okay, I’ll stop with the puns, I promise.

I recently helped a couple of clients buy a home out in the gorgeous suburb of McMinnville, and I totally fell in love with it in the process. It sits right in the heart of Oregon wine country, surrounded by rolling hills and stunning vistas. The downtown area is utterly charming. Maple trees line the historic Main Street, where you can visit shops selling local wares, grab a bite at an amazing farm-to-table restaurant, and stop into tasting rooms to savor some of the best Pinot Noir in the world.

Wine not your thing? Don’t worry. There are plenty of other tasty delights waiting for you, from craft beer and cider, to locally roasted coffee. McMinnville is also home to the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum, which boasts more than 200 historic aircrafts for your perusing pleasure. If you want to get your splash on, there is also the family-friendly Wings & Waves Waterpark, sure to be a hit with the kiddos.

Whether you are visiting for a day or considering a move, I have to recommend you take a look at McMinnville. It truly is the land of plenty to do.
