Meant to Be!

By Sharon Bloudek, April 10, 2023

I am so happy for my clients that recently closed on a beautiful townhome in the heart of NW Portland! I first met up with Stephanie & Jeffrey at a sweet little spot in Goose Hollow, near their existing rental, after they were referred to the Bridge to Portland Group on Reddit. They loved their current location, which was so walkable and had such easy access to great restaurants and other fun spots. But it was time to put down roots and own a home of their own. We had a great time together at various showings, giggling at fun finishes and layouts and enjoying the city views from those classic NW balconies.

We actually saw this house one time several months ago and, while we walked away then, their interest lingered. A little while later it popped back up on the market and we thought maybe it was meant to be! We took another look and this time they knew this was the house for them. We quickly put in an offer and, with great communication on both sides and motivated buyers and sellers, we were able to achieve our common goal.

It was so fun to get to know these two throughout the process! This pair brought such thoughtfulness and patience in finding just the right place for their first Portland home. I could not be more thrilled to hand over the keys to their new house! Congratulations, Stephanie & Jeffrey!
