What a pleasure to help another first time home buyer (AND another running group buddy) buy this fantastic mid-century in Vancouver! This was actually the first house Jason and I looked at together, though we had done our fair share of searching, emailing, and comparing notes beforehand. There were definitely a few bumps in the road (and roots in the sewer, etc) but we were able to get a few large repairs done by the seller before closing. Now Jason can move on to the “fun” stuff such as painting and making the home his own. Best of luck Jason, it was a treat working with you on this one!
