It may be a newcomer on the scene, but it’s already making an impact: Cloud Pine Tea + Culture is a must-visit! This small but artfully decorated space located in charming Downtown Milwaukie is a calming and tranquil spot to spend a few hours of your day. The focus here is on the tea: it’s incredible. I’ve never had tea like it. The proprietress, Emily, speaks about her tea as if she’s speaking about wine. She talks of notes and tannins and makes you appreciate tea in a way you never have before. Her food is incredible and freshly made by her small and caring staff. But above all, the service is first-rate. This is a place where you will be greeted warmly, treated like family, and remembered.
