Moving from the East to the West of Portland

By Living Room Realty, May 6, 2021

The buyers of this small but magnificent property are moving from the East to the West of Portland. They were getting ready to downsize and were looking for a more quiet setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

There are some trade offs involved in the move:

  • They are not going to be walking and biking to shopping, restaurants and cafes; but instead, they’ll be hiking along the greenways of the west hills.
  • They are giving up the center of town, for a more secluded setting in the Green Hills neighborhood of SW Portland.
  • They are replacing the the views to their inner Portland neighborhood, to gorgeous views of the city and mountains.

Priorities change as people age, and my customers are lucky to being able to pursue their dreams.
