Need More Room–Baby is Due!!

Darren and Inger-Lise’s excitement about their new baby was growing, as Inger-Lise’s belly was growing, but a short time before the baby was born, they realized they were growing right out of their home.

Inger-Lise and Darren owned a lovely home in NE Portland.  The home had a great open floor plan, and great flow, but was less than 1500 SQ FT, on a busy street, and did not have much of a backyard.

When they dreamed about the future, and raising  their newest family member, thoughts of a quiet neighborhood, a big backyard, and room to grow were at the forefront of their visions.

Time was of the essence! With only a short time until their joyous new arrival, these two needed to identify a dream home, and sell their current home.  Could it be done? Emphatically, Yes!

Darren and Inger-Lise fell in love with a new home outside of the city that had all they were hoping for.  And, their previous home, well, it sold in just 12 hours! With multiple offers!

Now these two are getting cozy in their lovely new home, waiting for two to become three, and their visions to become reality.
