New Construction Love

I work with all kinds of buyers and sellers with all kinds and ages of homes. I recently had the opportunity to work with some really wonderful buyers, Scott and Steven, who were making the jump from Seattle to Portland. They were more interested in a higher level of finish than a big yard so we found some really great new construction options for them. Once we found this gem, it got started in earnest. Inspections went well and the blue tape walk through was attended by the thoughtful and detailed builder himself. Every little detail requested was addressed and they have a warranty on the home for the first year.

I know older homes have their charm but there are some damn fine new construction homes out there. It was just such a sweetheart deal. I wish they all could be like that for my buyers.
