Since 2000, Jason Greene has been creating in Portland. He’s had gallery shows, done some residencies, worked on a number of public art projects, and simply kept paint on his hands. During that time, he’s accumulated a fair amount of artwork that he’s squirreled away in dark attic spaces and a studio lofts. It’s time to make some space so he can create more.
On Saturday, June 16th, he’ll be digging much of it out, placing it around his studio and yard, and inviting people to come peruse and purchase works directly. The paintings span 20 years and include remainders of past shows, some strange feral pieces, and even a few artist materials that fellow creatives might enjoy. Guaranteed to be some good deals and special finds. Please visit greenelbow.com to view his work and his blog to see some of the works for sale.
