My clients have been talking about selling this house on Prescott for a couple of years now, and when the market heated up this year they finally decided to make the decision. It has been a great rental for them for years but it was time to move on to the next chapter. It’s in a great area with all that Alberta and Sabin have to offer. With a little bit of love, this place is going to be awesome. The buyers got a great spot.
