Pretend Buyers Become Real Homeowners

By Living Room Realty, March 4, 2021

There was this time that I paid to have a promotional photoshoot done to capture the look and feel of my real estate practice using our adorable Multnomah Village office as the backdrop. My friends who were supposed to be my pretend buyers in the shoot had to cancel last minute, so the photog and I were left to work with what we had, which let’s be honest the world only needs so much of just me.  We were outside about to wrap up, and my amazing dental hygienist Jessica, her boyfriend Blake and their two adorable pups walked by. I somewhat desperately invited them to be part of the shoot and act as homebuyers, which they agreed to. I mean, you really don’t get cuter than them so it was a blessing for sure.  Maybe we were all manifesting!? That was the last time I will try to “stage” myself, but sure shit 3 years later, when it came time for them to take the leap they called me to help. I am so grateful that day led us to the journey of taking them from pretend buyers to actual homeowners of a gorgeous new home. Congrats Jessica and Blake, you’ve earned every bit of it, and I’m soooo proud of you!

I would love to be part of your next move…
