Christy and Chris were on a weekend getaway while in Manzanita. They dec
ided they wanted to finally reach out to a broker and get started with searching for homes. We met that weekend and hit it off. We started to converse about properties currently on the market and they were in love with PINK!
This pink home has been on my radar for awhile. It is hard to not know about this home. It is in the middle of town and a staple within the town. It is just the cutest pink 3 story home
with views to envy. As soon as I knew it was listed, I went on brokers tour to check this home out. And yes, I could not resist, I had to try the pink tub… This home just bursts with mid-century funky beach vibes, from the layout to the fireplaces. There is many things to love about this home.
After several discussions with Chris and Christy, it was clear that this was their homes. And I was pleasantly surprised that they were wanting to keep the charm of the home and provide updates to make it their own. It is a perfect fit. The home is set up on an oversized lot on a bluff overlooking the town, ocean, and the mountain. I am truly excited to see what these two do to this place. Congrats you two!
