Melissa and I started her home search pretty much at the beginning of the quarantine. As with a lot of first-time homebuyer’s that initial excitement can begin to fade when the inventory doesn’t match your plans. On a Sunday in September, we found a diamond in the rough. Large space with multiple bedrooms and bathroom, rec center, and an open grass area for her dog to run.  Perfect!!  Congratulations on your new condo,  you were a pleasure to work with.  Shout out to Roland Gilyard with Trinity Capital Funding for doing an excellent job with the financing.

Peace!
