Reputation sells renovation

Congratulations to my renovation client, Dennis Leiphon, for selling this beautifully updated house before it had a chance to hit the market.  Dennis was approached last Fall, as he was working on the house, by a buyer (with a buyer’s agent!) who was interested in moving into the Laurelhurst neighborhood.  Because Dennis has a portfolio of past renovations, he was able to show the buyer the fixtures, finishes and paint colors that he would most likely be using on this house.  The buyer was impressed and the rest is history.  The house closed on Friday, giving Dennis another completed project for his portfolio!

Greg Washington was born and raised in NE Portland’s Sabin neighborhood. He attended Sabin Elementary (then a K-8, as now) and Cleveland High School.
