Rural Life

By Living Room Realty, June 18, 2019

What I didn’t know when I met my new clients for the first time was that I was meeting people who I would connect with so instantly that there is no doubt we will be friends for years to come. My clients had some very specific plans, things that I could wholeheartedly understand and get down with. They had been dreaming about just the right place; picturesque acreage with water, trees, and plenty of space for animals and food production. And then there it was, the house they could transform into their forever home, the creek, the trees, all of it!

As it sometimes goes out in the country things were a little more relaxed and we faced some unique challenges. We worked through it, figured things out and were “attacked” by some overly affectionate barn cats in the process. Handing over the keys to my new friends is so exciting and just I can’t wait to watch them bring their dreams to life on this beautiful new property!
